x = length of short leg

2x = length of long leg

    By Pythagorean, x^2 + (2x)^2 = 25^2

    x^2 + 4x^2 = 625

    5x^2 = 625

    x^2 = 625 ÷ 5 = 125

    so x = √125

One leg is √125 and the other is 2√125
