I started it, but didn't finish because of an unrelated injury. I lost about 5 pounds in the 2 weeks I did. (I'm just starting over today actually) It was very intense. The program comes with one of the best nutrition guide I've seen. There is a lot of variety in the workouts, but it is a fixed schedule. That can be either a pro or con. The con is that it is a 16 week commitment. It does require a certain amount of endurance already. However, there is a modified schedule to do before starting the regular schedule for those totally out of shape.
