what should I wear with these shorts?

I'm not really sure what shoes/shirt I should wear with them - I've got some grey pinstriped tights to go with them and I like the way they look together and they keep them pretty warm (I'm going for a winter look).
I need to wear this outfit to a concert, so any ideas would be really helpful! something warm enough that I won't freeze but appropriate to jump around in (or take off to jump around in, the venue has a cloakroom)! I'm just really not sure what kind of shirt would go with it!

That's cute for a concert and not striped tights because the designs will clash, do like just a plain grey and no design for the tights :)

well since those shorts are bright&bold! i would wear a black,white,red t-shirt, black wool tights and a brightly coloured trench coat! maybe some kind of light floaty material scarf but plain (no design) in a colour on your shorts! the scarf might a bad idea if your jumping around but keeps you warm and would go quite well!
