What is the difference between a cutlet and a fillet?

In the frozen food section, one box is labelled as chicken cutlets, and one is labelled as fillets. What's the difference?

Update:

No, I already read the Wikipedia pages, and they weren't clear on what I'm trying to find out. Last time, I bought the ones that were cutlets, and they seemed like they were processed, which is not what I want. Hoping to have better luck with fillets.
