The Bill of Rights can only be made invalid by a Constitutional Amendment as long as the US Constitution is in place. And new law that makes the Bill of Rights invalid would be ruled unconstitutional and not enforceable.

The Constitution and the Bill of RIghts will never be made invalid.

The new laws are often times taken to the USSC to test the laws constitutionality.

The LAWS are the ones that become invalid.
