With Jose Reyes going to the Marlins to become their new shortstop, what do the Marlins do about Hanley?

Since Jose Reyes just joined and Hanley Ramirez doesn't want to move to third base, what do the Marlins do with him? Trade him? The Mets sure should take an open opportunity and trade for him since they need a shortstop now and he'd be a great fit.

I don't think the Mets would want Hanley. They should give Ruben Tejada a chance. I think the Marlins shoult try to trade him for Brett Lawrie. When he got called up, he played so well.Or I think they should trade him back to Boston for Youkilis. Youk has had back problems, but when healty, he's a potential 30 home run hitter.

The Marlins said they will move Hanley Ramirez to 3rd base, but Hanley is really not happy about that idea.

Trade Hanley, then they have no SS when Reyes is on the DL for 100 games next year, he takes himself out of the lineup everytime his toenail hurts.

Trade him to the Muts for David Wright, although teams hardly ever trade within the division.

It works out, though, right? Hanley and his big ego will settle right in with the pretentious New Yorkers. Meanwhile, the Marlins acquire someone who's actually willing to play 3rd base.

edit: Machinehead- That's probably true, but why don't they move Reyes to 2nd base and call up minor league phenom Matt Dominguez, who has been compared to Evan Longoria?

The sad part is the Marlins are going to end up trading Hanley to keep Reyes and Hanley is better. Now that Reyes got his payday he'll go back to dogging it.

move him to 3rd. He would be a much better 3b then a short stop , or trade him!!! He is arriogant player and not a team player.
