How many pills of st. johns wort should i take?
I just started to take it about a week ago. I was told to take one pill a day and that within a couple days i should feel a difference but i didnt. i started taking two a day the past couple days. I am taking it for high anxiety. anyone have any experiences? how many should i take a day and also, should i spread them out throughout the day or take them all at once?

Assuming you are using this to treat depression, the most recent study I saw of this concluded it was no different from placebo in treating depression - and it has more side effects than many antidepressants.
