I was taking Ortho Tri-Cyclen for a little over a year and decided to stop taking it for no reason at all. I was off of it for a couple months and I decided to start it again. I already have anxiety issues so since I started it about a week and a half ago, I have been SO emotional. I cry over nothing. I think I am just going to stop taking Birth Control for good. It has always messed with my emotions and mood. But my question is, once I stop it, when will i go back to myself?

Once the crying starts it just doesn't stop and I cant help it. I feel so down and depressed and this is not fun at all.

So i'm a girl, about 105 lbs and i really want to tone up. im pretty thin but i just want to tone up my legs, butt, and stomach.

what are some moderate exercises for me to be able to do this? i havent worked out in years so i cant start too intense. i need details like how much weight and sets, or how long to do something for.

I am such a lightweight and I am looking for drinks that I'll be able to about about 2 glasses of when I go out but drinks that arent strong because im not a big drinker. I'm about 104 pounds. I heard malibu doesnt have much alcohol in it and if you mix it with pineapple, it comes out really good. How many glasses of this will get me atleast tipsy?

Just turned 21 a little bit ago.. I'm not a big drinker, and when I do drink.. I'm such a lightweight. Ive had a few good drinks that don't contain too much alcohol that I have liked.. for example amaretto sours.. or when I'm out to dinner I've had a peach sangria. What are some drinks I can order when I'm out that are sweet that don't contain too much alcohol? I don't like straight up vodka with cranberry or things like that.

I went to the gyno for my annual checkup and I told her I think I might have a UTI. So they gave me a urine test. Do they automatically check for pregnancy when you get the urine test done?

I am going to the Gyno tomorrow and I get utis very often, how do they check the reasoning behind it? will they give me blood tests? i have a fear of blood and needles and i really dont want to do that.

About 3 weeks ago, I started to spot. It was a light brownish/kind of red. It lasted for a couple days. This happened after I had sex with my boyfriend. Then last week it happened again the day after we had sex. I have irregular periods. I usually get them every month and a half or two. Its been about a month and a half and I havent gotten my period. We use condoms so I don't really think I am pregnant but you never know. What is all of this spotting? When it happened 3 weeks ago, I had a UTI and i know that when you have a UTI you can have blood but it lasted for a couple days. Now again, I took a home UTI test and it shows positive. I have them so often, I'm beginning to think that from last time I had it, it never went away. But could that be the reason im spotting? im so confused :/ Im going to the gyno tomorrow but I kind of want to know what to expect.

I dont understand why I get them so often. I got them like 5 or 6 times a year, then I got on birth control and i stopped getting them. I had maybe one. And now that im off birth control i got one 2 weeks ago after having intercourse, and now i have one again. I do everything i should do. I dont hold myself from going to the bathroom, i drink lots of fluids, i pee before AND after sex PLUS i shower to clean my self. I dont understand why this happens. Could it be that I'm allergic to condoms? I usually only get them after I've had sexual intercourse.

my boyfriend moved away and i went to visit him this weekend. we had intercourse alot, and a few hours after i woke up this morning i was spotting. I am due for my period but my period is always irregular. I sometimes don't get it for two months. This happened 2 weeks ago as well after i left there and i ended up getting a UTI and i was spotting for a few days. I dont feel like i have a uti this time. what could this be? is it normal to spot after sex like this? this has never happened to me before the 2 weeks ago. ive been with him for over 3 years so its not an std or anything. im freaking out a little bit.

I was on birth control for about a year. I have been off of it for about 3 months. once i stopped it, i didnt get my period for 2 months (i never had a regular period). Now its been exactly one month since i got my period that time, and instead of getting my period, i am lightly spotting for the past two days. I am sexually active but always use protection so i dont think i am pregnant. i have irregular periods if im not on the pill. is it normal to be spotting like this? is it because i got off the pill and my hormones are all over the place?

I just started to take it about a week ago. I was told to take one pill a day and that within a couple days i should feel a difference but i didnt. i started taking two a day the past couple days. I am taking it for high anxiety. anyone have any experiences? how many should i take a day and also, should i spread them out throughout the day or take them all at once?

I have been dealing with anxiety issues for about a year and a half now. it got to the point of me avoiding certain situations and my lifes become into my own little bubble. i hardly see my friends or any of that. it makes me down alot, but im not depressed or anything. today i bought st. johns wort and i want to see how well it works. i was told it'd take a few days to feel some type of difference. has anyone been on it before? and if yes, can you please share your experience? also, am i allowed to be drinking alcohol with it? i turn 21 in a month and also new years comes up so, just wondering. thank you!

my boyfriend and i of three years broke up about 2 months ago. we still keep in touch. its obvious that we both love eachother and we both miss eachother like crazy yet we're not together. For the past year and a half, I have been sufferring with anxiety. It has gotten to the point of almost agoraphobia. I get better, then i go backwards again with just a little sign of stress. im not really sure what to do anymore. I see a therapist but its not helping me much because its not really doing much to help me to get much better or make me stronger minded. My therapist recommended I go on medication for it but im a little scared. I know that it makes you dependant on it and it may be hard to get off but at the same time, im about to turn 21 in a little over a month. new years is coming up and I dont want to not do anything. i need my life to get back in order. im young and i shouldnt be living a life where i have no social life and hardly leave my house unless its for errands. so if anyone knows anything about these medications or can share any experiences with me id really appreciate it!
