Are there any shows on the Conspiracies about General Patton's death?

I saw one recently on The History Channel. They did a very good, in depth documentary. Conclusion: it was simply an auto accident. Patton suffered many injuries playing sports and general rough housing growing up as a boy and young man. He had severely injured his neck before. While Patton was still alive and in the hospital he gave orders that the driver of the vehicle who hit his staff car not be brought up on charges.It was an accident. The driver of the offending vehicle was none too proud of his dubious distinction. It haunted him for life.

Patton was killed in an auto accident. If there was a conspiracy to kill him, wouldn't it have made more sense to do it during the war when he was causing the most problems? He was reckless enough that it would have been plausible.
