How does the online code for Battlefield 3 work for PS3?
I've never played battlefield 3 but want to buy it on ebay. Ive noticed you have to have a code to play online. If I buy a used copy, can that code be used again for a different psn login? Thanks

No, the code is only a 1 use only code. I suggest you buy a limited edition from your local game store, brand new. Because if you do, you get the online pass, and you get a free code for the Back to Karkand map pack.

Once used, the code can't be used again. Have to buy one from the PS store.
Like mentioned, buy the Limited Edition if you can find it. That was what came out if you pre-ordered, although some places still sold it for a while (I found one at Sams club about 2 weeks after the game was released). When you type in the online access code, that will also get you the Back to Karkand DLC for free.

If you buy a used copy of battlefield 3, you will have to buy an online pass for $9.99
if you buy a brand new copy then the online pass will come with the game.
But since your buying it on eBay,I recommend contacting your eBay seller if the online pass has been used or not

Wow... That first guy is a douche... But just so you know you can purchase the code online at the ea online store. There are no spares and it is a one use only code unfortunately. Good luck!
