What is the point in working? Last year I was a top performer with my company and got a 1.8% annual raise, then obama took away 2% for the tax increase. I'm bringing home less money today then I did a year ago. This doesnt even factor in inflation. I'm sure it will be the same thing this year, I might get a small raise then obamacare will cause my insurance to go up causing me to bring home even less money. What's my motivation to do better if I cant be rewarded for it? I might as well quit my job and bum off of society like so many other people in this country are doing

I finally sold my house which is in the city (not the best part of town). I'm wanting to buy a house in the country with land (about 45 minutes to the city I'm in now). There arent many single women my age (mid 20s) out in the country unless they have 3 kids or weigh 200 lbs. I've recently thought of just renting a nice apartment in the upscale part of the city and forgetting about buying a house? What should I do? I feel home prices are on the rebound and dont want to miss out, but I also dont want to be single for the rest of my life

Has anyone recently bought a home and financed using a USDA mortgage? What kind of rate did you get? Do USDA mortgage rates vary when going to different banks? I know there are multiple factors that play into the rate but I have great credit and am looking to put 0 down.

So, I got a jury duty summons in the mail for US district court. There is a paragraph that says in larger all capital text "THIS SUMMONS IS FOR A THREE (3) WEEK TERM" and at the end of the same paragraph in smaller text it says "The average length of a jury trial is approximately 2 to 3 days." Does this mean if I am selected as a juror, I will have to go to court for 3 weeks?

I bought a home in 2007 and have to repay a tax credit if the home is converted to a rental property. I already know you dont have to pay the credit back if you sell the home for a loss to an un-related person. Could I sell the home to a LLC company I own for market value (which would be a loss) to avoid repayment of the tax credit. Then rent the property out under company's name?

It looks like youtube updated their homepage. It now show "recommended" videos mixed in with subscription videos and subscription activity. A few days ago you could click a box so it would show uploads from your subscriptions only. Its very annoying to have to sort through a bunch of crap just to see new video uploads. I will never understand why websites have to "upgragde" when everything was working fine to begin with. If its not broke, dont fix it!

I've never played battlefield 3 but want to buy it on ebay. Ive noticed you have to have a code to play online. If I buy a used copy, can that code be used again for a different psn login? Thanks

There was a stop action movie that came out in the 90's or possibly early 00's but I cant remember the name. It was animated action figures, rated R, and was even in theaters. I think the action figures were military based. The movie was really bad if that helps. Thanks
