I would like to know how is Gold formed?
What other minerals or rock formations are present where you find gold?

Gold is an element and like all elements they are either formed in stars ( during the end of a stars life or during a super nova) or through radioactive decay.
Gold occurs in small nodules (in pure form) in the earths crust, and its crystalline.
