There are many dictators in the world who are alot more ruthless than gaddafi. he was killed over his plans to issue a new currency in the middle east which would have been used in all oil transactions. the new currency was to be the gold dinar which would have taken the place of the american dollar. he also had billions of dollars in gold bullion in bank vaults in the states and when he asked for it back he was assassinated the day after. As to the answer of your question, the only difference to the world today is that there is one obstacle less for the powers that be in their quest for ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT !
