Where can you find Newt Gingrich's proposed budget?
"tax cut for the wealthy" makes you sound like an political attack dog.
Check on the Obama administration's proposed budget = 1.1 trillion deficit.
Note - Medicare & Medicade budget increase of about 40% = Lots of political 'payoffs'!
