Since there is a few days "Grace" in which to answer questions?
Why do so many questions give the RESOLVED answer after just a few hours. Leaving others unable to participate. "Easy Do" does this frequently and when I go to answer (time difference I guess) the question is already resolved? I recvd 4 e-mails which I had to delete since I had no chance in answering them. Slow down and give everyone a chance to state THEIR point of view, won't you.

The fact is that most folks want to get in, ask their question - get their answer and get out. The minimum time to choose a Best Answer was dropped from 4 hours to 1 hour - at the request of the users. Most folks know that if a question gets off the first page of the category, it will get few, if any, further answers. So they pick quickly and move on.
If you have a contact that consistently does this and you don't like it, you can simply remove them as a contact and it won't happen any more.

after a few hour the 'asker' is given the opportunity to pick the 'best' answer. Once this is done, the question is resolved.
