Are you disabled because of some sort of trauma? Or have you had some sort of trauma that involves men? The VA has really good psychiatric and psychological help. I suggest you inquire about their services. If for some reason that is not an option, then you probably should find a local therapist who might refer you to a psychiatrist who can prescribe some meds. Hypnotism may be an option, but really without a proper diagnosis and understanding of your fear, hypnotism is probably not the best bet. At the very least, I suggest you take practical steps to avoid contact with men, and learn some sort of meditation (look up mindfulness breathing, guided imagery, progressive relaxation) that you can use to lower your stress a little bit when you have to enter the world and deal with some men.
