Is this weight goal safe for me?
I am doing a Monday-Friday work out plan, consisting of arms, legs, abs, cardio, and a mixed workout, a different one each day. I've also been eating healthier and a lot less, with tons of water. My goal is to lose 15 pounds by the end of the school year, which is June 6, 2012. Is that safe? It's right at about 6 months to lose 15 pounds. Would it be healthy?
Oh and here are some additional facts about me:
I'm 5'1"
15 years old
I'm currently 120 pounds
I want to be 105.

It sounds fine as you are not losing it all at one time, just take it slowly and try to lose only a pound or two at a time and you will be fine. Good Luck!
