"How to you really lose belly fat
Many of the reviews of the Ab Coaster which I read were positive. People enjoy working with this machine and it does work the abs. It is also reported to be a well crafted machine which is sturdy and should last for a long time. This is something that I love about the AbCoaster.
However, the question is whether this machine alone can get you optimal results or is there a missing piece?
As this machine only works the abs it may not be enough to get perfect results. It can be a big help but you may be able to get better results by using additional things as well.
You can't lose belly fat with stomach exercises because you can't spot reduce fat with exercise. You lose fat from all over your body regardless of the body part you workout. This is just how our body works.
The Ab Coaster can help you get a good stomach workout which is a great thing, and it can help you simulate leg raises which is a great stomach exercise, but it can't get you flat abs all on its own.
To really burn off belly fat and get flat abs you need to:
1. Do cardio workouts to burn off fat.
2. Do full body workouts to get more lean muscle tissue and boost your metabolism.
3. Eat right in order to stop gaining fat and help the body to burn it off faster.
The Ab Coaster does come with a meal plan but it doesn't help you do cardio workouts and it doesn't workout your entire body.
This doesn't mean that it's a bad machine. It's a good toning machine for your abs but it's not a complete solution for people who wish to get a perfect stomach. This doesn't mean that the ab coaster is a scam. It's a perfectly legitimate workout machine. It can help you to strengthen your abs but you may get better results by combining it with additional workouts and a healthy diet."

Man up. Studies show that ladies binge on food more as compared to men and, when food selections are emotional, it’s a recipke for disaster. Instead, eat minor amounts when you’re hungry, not when you’re bored or sad, and once a week go out with the girls for beer along with pizza – you’ve earned it.

Eat dinner no later than three hours before heading to bed. When you sleeping, so does your digestive process, so if you eat a sandwich one hour before falling asleep, you’ll wake up each morning with it undigested in the stomach.
