How was Chris Pronger injured?

Was it from the stick to the face he took or something else? Or does anyone really know?

Update:

I'm not asking what injury he has, I'm wondering how it happened.

It must have been from something other than the Grabovsky stick to the face. His head moved forward after that contact In a front hit concussion the head moves away from the contact causing the brain to crash against the side of the skull. When he got hit by the stick in this instance his head moved down as a reaction to the hit. The concussion must have occurred elsewhere.

Well alot of people say it was from the stick to the face but he came back and played for a few weeks after that so i don't think it was from that. Concussions can happen anytime you get hit in the head so even pronger might not know exactly when it happened.
