Depends on why your parents were here in the US and why you ended up being born here. Since you are now an adult you can take your birth certificate and go the nearest US Consulate (Jakarta) or go online and read the section titled "American Citizen Services". If you are eligible, they will tell you. If you are not, then they will also tell you that. Being born in the US does not automatically make you an American. Good luck.

If you were born and registered in the United States, with at least one parent being a US citizen, you shouldn't have any difficulty recieveing US citizenship. Have all documentation with you when you do though :)

As long as you are a US citizen you should be able to get an American passport with no problems.
