I had Picassa, which is good, but I wanted a bit more and used Picnic which is now closed. Ribbet is the same as Picnik but the problem is that I have to download each picture to their website. I have tried Adobe CS6 and elements 10 and they are a bit too much for me, plus some of the features are not as good as I found in the Picnik program.

They are not simple like Picnik. Is there any other photoshop program that I can use on my computer that is simple? I like the regular feature I have on Picasa but I wouldn't mind having the brighten eyes and teeth and adding "stickers". The adobe's eye whitening is not the same. Picnik did a better job of this.

Currently I have used the free photoshop Picasa and then Picnik which has pretty much closed down. I liked the feature that you could add stickers and brighten eyes and teeth and it was pretty easy on Picnik.

I have done a free download of the CS6 Adobe and it was way too much for me. Now I am trying Photoshop Elements 10. It is still harder for me to grasp and it taking me a long time to even understand 25 percent of it. I am about half way through the trial.

Is there anything else that is easy as Picasa/Picnik was? I don't need all the extra razzle dazzle at this time. Maybe I would try the adobe element 10 again in the future.

I am just starting out with photography and I want something that when I download my pictures to the computer it will open under this program and that I can just transfer my pictures from my computer to the program easily. Right now, I have to try to find and search and it is too hard.

We had just bought a huge thing of regular liquid laundry detergent when our washing machine bit the dust, smoking up the whole house. Our new one says we are only to use the H E detergents. Would the regular do anything negative to the new washing machine? I was thinking I would not use as much of the old. I have not done it, just don't want to waste the old. I can give it away, just am curious as to the exact difference between them and what it would do if you didn't use H E.

My cat has had issues since I got him from the Humane Society 6 years ago as a kitten. He had a virus. I had to give him medications because of it and put it into a food that was recalled and poisoned him so that it caused kidney and liver failure. He recovered from that. He would eat anything he could and I had to keep the doors closed in the house so he could be seen most of the time.

He would get sick on occasion from eating something, I assumed. He was recently diagnosed with diabetes. He saw the vet several times in his first couple of years and then tapered off to at least once a year.

Today he started meowing loudly and I went to see what was wrong and he was sitting with his mouth open and drooling. I called the vet and brought him in. I am so sad that he was suffering and I had to put him to sleep. They could not do anything for him there. They said I could bring him to the emergency vet and he would have to go into an oxygen chamber, and they would do tests and such. It would cost probably at least 2 thousand dollars. I was told when he had the kidney problems that he either has or had heart worms and he could just die at any time. They said it could be that as this is what they see when it happens. She thinks he threw a clot.

Does anyone else ever feel this bad when you have to put an animal to sleep? I feel bad in so many ways. I could have been more loving to him, I could have not told him no so many times, etc. I know that those bad thoughts have to be the devil putting in my head. I guess I am asking those who have been through this what is a comfort to you as you grieve and heal from the loss of your pet.

I get thumbs2_index.db,CBlockFile=837,err=2,errno=2,oserr=0 when I try to open up my Picasa which is what I use to help me edit my photos.

can I stop it from changing my computer. Or, how can I get it so my computer can play the games. I system restore it daily so that I can get my task bars back and play games. I know how to get my task bars back, but I do not know how to make them stay permanently. Also, when it downloads, it just makes certain games flash and disappear so that it is really there but won't show you for about only a second. If I system restore, it goes back so I can play the game.

I played a game called Sorority Life for a few years. I decided to delete it. I looked it up and it showed me how to delete the app for the game. I have done that and it no longer shows that I have it, however, I keep getting gifts from my friends and they say it is still out there. How do I delete the whole game? I go online to Picnik through Picasa with my photos and put a frame around it. When I ask to print it a certain size, I am having problems. If I say crop to fit the size, it cuts off my frame on two sides of the picture. If I say shrink to fit, It come out 5 x 5 1/4 instead of 5 x 7 like I asked. When I scan a photo and put it on Picasa, I edit it and crop it so that the extra on the scanner, the white around it, doesn't show. When I then try to put it on facebook, it shows the white around it and it doesn't stay cropped. How do I get it so when I crop it only the crop will transfer to Facebook?

I am looking for a printer that can do many pages on the ink cartridges. I have a lexmark but it only does about 10 sheets before I have to get a new color cartridge.

I was told about the HP with 4 cartridges and is wireless, and does a lot more sheets before the ink runs out. It has separate colors which I guess is better than one color. My question for this one is, is the photo quality good on it?

I have played games on facebook for a long time now and today the games are cut in half but appear to be okay otherwise. I cannot see half of the screen. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? What is the best charity to donate a car to? I have a car with high mileage and has been wrecked but is still drivable. I wanted to donate it to the cancer society but they no longer accept cars. What is the best charity to donate an older car to? Children's Wish Foundation - I looked up and some say it is a scam. I want the sale of the car to go to the charity, all of it. What would you do under this situation? I had a couple of old 401k's from old companies that I never rolled over that had very little in it and then one that had a more in it. I went to a financial institute to roll them over to an investment retirement account. The ones with little in it were sent to them in a week. The other one with more in it, has been given me great difficulties. At first they were not returning my calls and then when they told me I had to wait 2 to 3 weeks and now it has been over a month, say they will probably redistribute the check since they should have gotten it mid April and would call me Monday. I had to call again today and then she puts me on hold and comes back to tell me that I will have to pay 25 fee to stop the check. She then says she will talk to her manager and call me back. When she did call me back she said they would split the fee with me and they would pay 25 and I would pay 20! She never said 45 and says she did. I refuse to pay the fee when it should have been there a long time ago. I guess this is a third party company. She would not tell me who issued the check until I asked her 7 times and would not give me the phone number saying that the people who issue the check do not talk to the participants. It is another company yet. I called my old company who said that I would not have to pay the fee and that they were going to talk to an administrator to get to the bottom of it and re-issue the check without me paying a fee. They will call me back tomorrow. Has anyone ever had this happen and what do you think this 3rd party company is up to? They say the check is missing. They say someone has to pay for it. What is the difference between Hershey's Cocoa powder and European-style unsweetened cocoa powder?

I take it one is stronger than the other? I am trying to make a diabetic dessert and it called for the European-style. If I cannot find it, will the regular cocoa work?

This is the recipe I thought I would make since I have family members who are diabetic:
