Picasa/Picnik, HP Photosmart Plus printer, and Windows Xp question?

I go online to Picnik through Picasa with my photos and put a frame around it. When I ask to print it a certain size, I am having problems. If I say crop to fit the size, it cuts off my frame on two sides of the picture. If I say shrink to fit, It come out 5 x 5 1/4 instead of 5 x 7 like I asked. Can anyone give me any insight to my problem? Thank you in advance for your kind answers.

Update:

Thank you, I tried it and it is better and it is 5 1/4 x 7.
