Ear acheing STILL! Help Please!?

So like 3 months ago my ear started to ache, but it wasn't bad. On like a scale from 1 to 10 it was like a 2 or 3. Anyway, it wouldn't hurt all the time though. It would hurt like once every two weeks or so I didn't think much about it. Well, I finally went to the doctor last wednesday night, and she said I have an ear infection, so she gave me some antibiotics to take three times a day for 10 days. Well, today was my last day on my medication, and my ear is starting to ache again? Do you think its my ear infection and it just didn't go away? or what? I'm only 13, so im the last person to know about this stuff.Helpful answers would be great! Thanks! :)
