Lexmark printer keeps printing blank pages??!?

At work we have a Lexmark X543 printer. When i come to print documents every other page is blank? It's annoying as hell cause i just keep getting lumbered with blank pages i have to put back in the printer.

Its used every day so the ink is not drying up as some people have said.

Its cleaned often.

And it does print the pages its just every other page is blank?

Is this some random setting or am i doing something wrong???

Update:

Thanks Robbie. Is there anything i can do to fix it?

Update 2:

I've already tried that. I constantly check for a second page now.

The printing of the blank page usually happen 75% time.

Bloody annoying!

It's because of your page set up.

If you have very small margins this will cause it.

Also Headers and Footers even though you haven't put anything in them

the printer and the word processor will allow for them.

Set up your page with a ¾" [or the metric equivalent] margin all round.

Set the Header and Footer margins to zero or remove the ticks.

When you do a printer set up remover the ticks [or however it's shown]

so the Headers and Footers are not included in the printing.

That then should cure your problem.

My LEXMARK printer was also not printing anything, I tried a lot to fix that but unable to fix. At last I got this link http://www.printer-techsupport.com/Lexmark-printer... I just visited and made a call on their toll free. I got instant help from a certified technician to fix my printer.

The reason could be your using a second page, scroll down on the screen that your working on and see if you have a gap then another page. this is why your getting a blank copy usually it will print this first (or the lack of print) then you get the copy your typing. Do you have large gaps in each sentence if so this is possibly why it`s showing the second page.
