What do you thing Immigrants In united states are poor because of No jobs ?

I saw an answer above saying that immigrants are taking all the jobs, i don't know where you live but here in California. Immigrants are taking the jobs that no body wants such as agricultural labor. Im sure you wouldn't want to be picking grapes and cotton for 12 hours straight with only a 15 minute break to eat. If we were to kick all the illegal immigrants out the agriculture would die and that basically the base of everything... think about..

no cotton- no clothes

no vegetables, fruits - no food

etc. the prices on everything would go up since no one going to be wanting to get paid 2 dollars an hour.

And i know of illegal immigrants who pay taxes back to the government they dont ask for your residency to do that do they.

cause they have kids in school and they know there money is going to pay for childrens education.

Not only are illegal immigrants in the United States poor because of no jobs, If you look around you will see many Americans struggling to make a living. Also if you look to Mexico, they too are poor because of lack of jobs. The United States is trying to support the American citizens plus millions of illegal aliens that are coming here and bleeding the system of all the perks they could get. I beleive that you have a better chance at your own home. At least you don't have to pay rent and you are back with your family that can help you . When it comes down to who the United States will help first, they will choose the American citizens first.

I think there are a bunch of reasons why new immigrants tend to be poor.

Language barrier.

Little to no skills.

No one in the States to help them.

If you mean illegal, hopefully they're poor because they can't find a company to hire them without employment authorization.

I agree with duck. It may be mean but i believe that the CITIZENS should get the jobs here. Immigrants are taking the jobs for less money.

The US does not need any immigrants at this time. Go back home.
