I'm a 13 yr old girl going on a plane by myself?
I'm sorry if it's silly, but I am kind of nervous. I am flying from San Francisco to Phoenix Arizona. My friend told me if you are under 18 you have to go to a "kids room" What's that like? I've never been on a plane before and I am kinda afraid of heights, is it scary? Thank you sooo much for the help!

It's gonna be okay!
I've been flying solo since I was 8. They give you lots of free snacks. I've never heard of a "kids room" but it might just be a section of the plane where kids sit. It will be fun! Im very scared of heights, and even I don't freak. Just in case, where a motion sickness band or patch.
Bring an iPod, iPad, Dsi p, whatever you have to stay entertained. Reading makes me dizzy, but if it doesnt bother you...
Good luck!

There's no such thing as a kids room lmfao... She made that up. I've done this before, its really not bad, there's a flight attendent who watches you if you need anything andd planes aren't scary at all, you'll probs fall asleep most people do...i dont haha but still.

There is not a kids room on the plane of Course, but if you have a layover for any amount of time you may get to wait it out in a room with a tv etc...
You will board (get on) first. And if you transfer planes have a layover will get an escort to make sure you make it to the right spot on time.

There is no kids room. You have to pay an extra $100 for the flight attendant to check on you. You'll usually get a snack and a drink. If you've flown before, you'll be fine. But if you are scared of flying, tell them. They will usually sit you in the very front or very back to keep an eye on you. You'll be fine. Just think about why you are going (if it's for Christmas or vacation or something).

I was 12 when I first when flying by myself. I flew from Tennessee to Ohio. I never went to a kids room though. My dad stayed with me until it was time to line up. I then just got on and it went fine. I was also very nervous. Its not scary at all just the taking off startled me a little as well as the landing. Its actually quiet beautiful to stare out the window. When I got off my mom was waiting at the gate.

There's no such thing as a kid's room on plane. Flying can be scary but it's really not that bad and it's much safer than driving.
