Multivitamin Question...?

Well I bought a good multivitamin from Wal-mart for about 6 bucks.. I've heard that vitamins are best taken with food, but this doesn't say to take with a meal. What should I do? And, I've also heard that if your urine is bright neon yellow, that's how you know the vitamins are being absorbed. I just want to make sure I'm getting the bang for my buck I guess lol

    You don't need multivitamin supplements. Just make sure you have at least one different fruit and vegetable everyday and you'll be just fine. Trust me the supplements will only play havoc with your system and you might end up with an overdose. Eat a lot of pulses also.

    Multi vitamins are perfectly safe. Food that's grown today isn't as nutritious as it should be so it makes sense to fill in any gaps, pee being a different colour means they are NOT being absorbed (you're peeing them out!). Also you should still take it with food.

    Just take it with a meal.

    Do you actually even need a multivitamin though? I mean, what aren't you getting from food?
