Need HELP switching sim to another phone temporarly!!! (*10 POINTS*)?
ok so my LG prime touchscreen part has stopped working aka a go phone. and i have this Samsung ATNT go phone and i know that you can switch the sim beacuse my aunt has done the same thing with the same EXACT phones before but whenever i go to try it and put it in the other phone temporarly it says sim crash or insert sim, like i said it has worked for my aunt on the same EXACT phones before so idk what the problem is. does anyone know what i should do ive already got another phone on the way they are sending but i know that this should work. anyone who can help me get it to work ill post random questions n give you alot of points just PLEASE
im 18 id know the difference lol and ive been using this phone for 6 months it's just P***in me off, even though that was a creative idea. I gave out my number to somone for a job that i might be able to get and have been getting calls and can't accept them or anything i just watch them which is why im so desperate cause they have no other number to get ahold of me

yeah, the phone might be locked. you may have to call the customer service number and ask them to unlock it and if they do not then go to the store. also take the sim with you.
