Off course not, anything more than normal is against nature
Amytriptiline has some side effects like drowsiness, vertigo, dry mouth, constipation, bone marrow suppression, headache, tremor, confusion, delirium, nausea, sexual problems ,etc
And most of these are dose-dependent. and taking high doses may lead to a great disaster.
Using 30-40 mg per Kg of your weight may lead to death. because the most important side effect (in high doses) are heart problems.

No... On the other hand it can land you in the ER.. it's a TCA with significant anticholinergic side effects, and it's pretty bad for the heart.
