proof about UFO `s and aliens?

There is NO proof. Does not exist.

80% percent of all UFO sightings are U.S. Air Force or CIA aircraft. U2 & SR71 Spy planes in the 1950's and 60's and the drones flying around today.

The other 20% of UFO sightings are, Weather Related, Stars, Planets, or other man made objects like balloons.

ancient aliens is a fun series that makes you think, but everything can be explained without resorting to aliens coming to earth a long time ago.

given the distances involved it is highly unlikely that aliens have ever come to earth if they exist at all. to date there is no evidence that aliens are real. we can throw around the drake equation and say that it is probable that there are at least hundreds of alien civilizations in the universe but that is just that a probability and not proof. the finding of earthlike planets in the habitable zones of other stars likewise increases the odds of finding extra terrestrial life, but is still not proof.

the closest proof we have is in a meteorite from mars and that is highly controversial with both sides making good points.

so you're kind of out of luck.

We haven't found aliens yet, doesn't mean they aren't real just means we have no proof. We have however discovered water on mars and this microbe, GFAJ-1 which is able to live without phosphorus. These two discoveries are groundbreaking why? well all life needs water to survive and all life is made up of phosphorus or so we thought. There probably is not intelligent life forms you think you see in the movies but there are probably microorganisms in space which I think is really cool.

There is no proof that aliens exist. There is plenty of evidence that unidentified flying objects exist, but that doesn't mean they are controlled by aliens.
