is it legal to sell steam games?
Example, I create one steam account per game. I buy the game then I play it and I get bored with it and dont want to play it again. I delete the game from my hard drive of course. Can I sell the game + the steam account (login + password) either to my friends offline or online on say ebay?

Strictly speaking, the sale of Steam accounts is against the Steam terms of use and could get the account banned.
In reality, they'd probably never know, but it's a risk you take.

Basicly, you would be advertising you're steam account which may be incredibly unlawful through you mastercard has been used on there. i'm quite beneficial which you won't have the skill to resell a working laptop or computing gadget except it incredibly is been thoroughly restored to manufacturing unit settings.
