Mac doesn't load CD/Disc?

I've a Mac Book and I installed VM Ware Fusion.

When I insert Windows 7 DVD, it eject after spooling up for seconds.

But when I insert a Blank CD, it doesn't eject and ask what to do.

Update:

It eject all CD & DVD except Blank CD
