not really sure what to expect from this,
if someone using them please could make a comment,
what are the benefits? disadvantages?
I understand this is automatic trading,
which software is used? can you use Metatrader?

The website was opened in 2006. That is a good sign. It is in Greece. That is not such a good sign. The site has a free email address on its information page. That is never a good sign.
They are a free service that automatically trades forex signals provided by third party providers. So you are trusting at least 2 levels of strangers to control your trades. That does not make any sense at all.
