Other than eating healthier and working out what can I do?
Since high school(class of '02) I have put on weight and I was wondering what is the best to way thin down? I don't need to lose 100 pounds even twenty would help but i really wanna thin down my belly fat.

Theres not much else you can do , diet and exercise are two of the most common healthy lifestyles , all that's left is sleep .....

Limit your portions. It's very important not to over eat, even if what you're eating is healthy.
