why coconut oil does not freeze?

i have coconut oil bought from Tamilnadu personally but it does not freezes even

in refrigerator , what is wrong or right with this. please answer urgently

    because it is pure veggie fat. there is nothing wrong with it, i use it all the time and don;t bother to put it in the fridge. good stuff. i cook with it and use it on my hair and to wash my face too.

    It is said that everything freezes at Absolute zero. Which is -273 degrees Celsius. I don't know at what exact temperature does oil freeze.

    Coconut oil freezes if you keep it at very very low temperature.

    The fats in it keep it from freezing.
