How do I top-up a German T-Mobile phone whilst roaming in England?

I'm back in the UK over Christmas and need to urgently top-up. I tried using the t-mobile.de top up function but it work because my UK card isn't registered to my German address (the website only accepts German addresses). Can I top up using a T-Mobile UK voucher??? My phone tells me that I am currently using the UK network. My German bank has no money in it so that is a dead end. I can't meet up with my friend if I can't call him aaaaaarghhhh!

Do you have a friend in germany with a top-up account? if so then you can have that person transfer some of their funds to your phone and just repay them at a later date. Might even work with someone in the UK as well but im not sure about it. Give it a try.

    Good Luck =)

The police are not above the law. They have to obay all the rules and regulations with regard driving. In an emergency, they can take a red traffic light as proceed with caution, but not endanger other road users, including pedestrians. All police vehicles, to the best of my knowledge, are equipped with hands free communications, or a second officer as passenger to act as navigator via phone links. There should be no reason for any police officer to use a mobile phone while driving.
