How to self motivate yourself to lose weight?

I'm desperate, please help. I really want to do it but do not have the willpower or self motivation to do it.

    Just do it. There is no getting ready for it, I know from experience that I have to just tell myself I am going to do it. As I make the right choices and leave the sugar and white flour out of my diet I stop craving the junk and wanting the good food.

    Source(s): My doctor and his nurse told me one day, just do it and tell yourself you are going to do it. I have lost 50 pounds, and if I mess up I remind myself I am just going to do it and not mess up that bad for days, but just eat the next meal healthy.

    I find a REALLY nice dress or something from a shop I love (expensive item!) and buy it at the size I want to be, I then really want to fit into the gorgeous dress and I think twice about eating chocolate or fatty foods!

    Try to stay busy.. do somthing to let your mind run wild..

    Try not to be bored... When you go out dont bring money with you that you can spend on food.

    Find a fun way to lose weight like wii fit..

    Or zoomba with family or friends..
