How can you find out if a vehicle had it's recalls done?
I would like to buy a vehicle from a small dealership that is located in Mass. I checked if it had any recalls and it has. Would like to know how do I go about finding out if they have been done or not before I buy it? I have the recall numbers.

The manufacturer has the VIN on record and whether or not the recall was done. A few months ago, I got a letter from Ford notifying me a recall for a truck I took off the road six years ago hasn't been completed yet.

You have to call the dealer that makes the vehicle and give them the vin# and have them look it up. they can tell you.
