Why are timberland shoes rated so good,my pair broke before 30 days?

And the cashiers were JERKS,in Smithfield,NC

    1st off- how rough were you on them.. second- do you still have the receipt. 3rd- be nice... I don't care how bad it is- be nice- always remember this in life- "...you catch more flies with honey..."

    Also- ask for the manager- be sincere and respectful.

    Try that and see what happens.

    Now if you were rough on them- then it's all on you.
