why does my HP laptop turns off my modem?
i have a hp pavilion dv6 and when i use my wireless it turns off my modem, only this wireless device does this to my modem why is that? i have reset my modem and laptop many times but this doesn't seem to help.

check that its wifi is on or off, i think you have to check it to the administrator from where you brought it,
