Do I need to call a plumber?
My sinks fill with water when I drain my tub, and my tub and sinks glug or fill when my washer spins out.
My toilet even makes sounds. Whats going on? I just had new plumbing put in 3 years ago!

It depends on what tools you have, and how handy you are around the house. The drains need to be snaked out, and if you have the snake tool, you can do this yourself. I'd remove the drain screen from the tub and start there, or remove the s-bend from under the sink and try there. You can find some good how-to videos on youtube that will show you how to do this. A pipe snake is relatively cheap, around $20, as compared to the cost of a plumber.

when all the sinks , tub, etc bubble and drain slow. That means you have a clog in the pipe that goes from your house to the sewer at the street. you will need to have it snaked out.
