How many hours per sleep does a baby get?

    my 2 week old son sleeps 18 hours a day.

    Depends on the age, newborns can sleep almost all day, and only wake up for diaper changes and feedings, but when they get older they sleep about the same as a adult 8-10 hours, plus naps which adds 2-3 more hours.

    Newborns need about 10-12 younger kids need 10 and teens need 8-10. Everyone's diffrents these are just general hope I helped
