(CH3)2CHOH is going to (CH3)2CO. In isopropyl alcohol, the central carbon has 2 bonds with C, one with H and one with O(H), so it has an oxidation state of 0. In acetone, the central carbon has 2 bonds with C and 1 double bond with O, so it has an oxidation state of +2. So we have the half reaction:
(CH3)2CHOH ---> (CH3)2CO + 2 e- + 2 H+
Assuming the product is MnO2, we also have the following half reaction:
MnO4- + 3 e- + 4 H+ ---> MnO2 + 2 H2O
Combining them gives:
3 (CH3)2CHOH + 2 MnO4- + 2 H+ ---> 3 (CH3)2CO + 2 MnO2 + 4 H2O
