Right?I got to know this friend about one half months. He seems friendly and really look like someone who knows alot about what are my interests, just one problem. I barely can understand what he talks about. Should I.... Idk maybe can ignore it but he always asking questions...

you can't understand him in which way? too smart/accent/weird topics (video games, etc) just keep asking questions and tell him you're interesting in learning what he likes but you need him to explain it a little bit better.
