Banner Pilot - Heart Beats Pacific. They sound a bit like early 90's pop punk/melodic punk bands like Lagwagon, No Use For A Name, Bouncing Souls, etc.

edit: Apparently this is actually their third LP and not their first, lol. I can't think of anything else atm so I'm gonna leave my answer here until something comes to mind.
