I fell and hit my head (again) and now there is pain...?
In my neck.. in the front my throat doesn't hurt on the inside like when you have a soar throat but it hurts in the muscles in the front of my neck and it hurts my my neck expands to swallow or cough or yawn. Then what i'm really worried about on my spine at the top of my neck when i lean my head to the left there is a Huge knot of some kind.. when i lean my head the other way, there isnt one on the other side should i see a doctor?
The first time i did it i got a concussion this is the second time in two weeks my feet were out from under me and i fell and hit my head on pavement other than going to the doctor cause i really dont wanna waste my time if its not serious what does anyone thing i might of did?
