If you have bradycardia, can you get your pulse over 200 when exercising?

Because I can have a resting heart rate between 38-45 but if I'm exercising it can go over 200. If you actually have bradycardia, does it mean that your heart is too weak to pump quickly enough and will continue to pump slowly if pushed during exercise?

Update:

I'm saying, does someone who suffers from bradycardia have an inability to get a high pulse rate? If someone with a pulse in his 40's can go as high as 200, does it mean that he does not suffer from this conditions but is in fact physically fit? I have an appointment with a specialist on Friday so this will be addressed by a doctor. I am just asking now.

Age: 27

I exercise but no every day - think 3-4 times on elliptical per week for 20-30 minutes. I notice that often, especially for the first 10 minutes I cannot get into a rhythm and tire out too easily. Usually, for some reason, I get into a much better rhythm after about 10 minutes and finish out stronger than when I begin.

If you work out hard enough you can get it up there. There is no reason to though. Exercise till you can talk but not sing and it is efficient exercise...

All bradycardia means is you have a low heart rate. Can you get it to 200 BPM? Should you? You will then be tackacardic (rapid heat rate). If you have a history of cardiac issues ,the person to ask this to is your doc. He can give insite on what is reasonable to do exercise wise.
