hace tiempo me la formatearon y ya no eh podido tomar ni foto ni video, y no entiendo eso de los Drivers, descargue unos y nomas no los puedo instalar, porfavor ayudaa!!

Cuando dices que no has podido tomar fotos ni video me imagino que te refieres desde la webcam. Tienes que instalar los drivers de la webcam para que los reconozca y así poder utilizarla.
