What do think of YA questions that seem serious?
Then they turn out to seem like troll questions? There are times where people will ask questions about a situation that seems really dire like suicide. One question asked what to do about a friend who won't eat and is now considering suicide. It got some really caring answers and then some stupid, completely unserious answers. The asker then says that she and the friend are both in 6th grade, then picks one of the unserious answers. I've seen similar questions before and it makes you not want to answer them anymore because you don't know if you've wasted your caring on kids being silly but then you could be passing up a truly serious question (which do exist). What do you do?

I don't answer questions when I see the account has just been opened today or yesterday.
I figure it's definitely somebody trolling when they're practically out of points and their account was just opened today.

I use to answer very very serious until I realized they're trolls. Therefore, if I read and think it's a troll, then I answer troll. Tired of wasting my precious time when a good junk chunk of the questions are unreal.

For those that use YA, they should understand that there are no verifiable experts on here. Use YA as a guide, a starting point, or a stress reliever (reading the funny answers).

I know! It's very annoying when they do that or when they constantly repost the same question over and over again in different categories. Well, like you said, I simply don't answer. They'll eventually stop it.

There are a lot of them,often from lads,often quite disgusting! all you can do really is to report them as a violation of the guidelines. It wont go off unless several people also report it as well.
