Probably because many of them has lost faith in Christ and believe Allah is better. Men and women have converted to Islam. Usually its blacks - I dont know of too many White people who are Muslims but I'm sure there are a good few.

Because muslims are moving to the West and having families here. There really aren't that many converts.

maybe becuz they are tired of feminine european/american men....they want a MASCULINE man who treats them like a lady. and they still perform "futuwwa" or chivalry today
